On Sept.6, the 2016 China Real Estate Brand Value Research Results Conference and the 13
th China Real Estate Brand Development Summit Forum, jointly organized by the Enterprise Research Institute of Development Research Center of the State Council, Institute of Real Estate Studies, Tsinghua University and the China Index Academy, was successfully held in the Yanqi Lake International Conference Center in Beijing. The research results show that, guided by the idea of green and ecology of Elion Resources Group and centered on Elife + and Ecology 3.0 platform, Elion Goldway is committed to becoming an Eco-city service provider with the integrated ecosphere, with the industrial platform as the carrier, combined with the financial tools and the Internet, which has won the recognition of the customers and the market. It is ranked among the 2016 China Comprehensive Real Estate Development and Leading Brand Value Top 10 Green Ecology, with the brand value of RMB 1.65 billion. The Elion International Ecological Island project developed by the group in Tianjin won the title of “2016 China Real Estate Residence Project Brand Value Top 10”.
