On Nov.18, the 18th China International Real Estate and Archi-tech Fairs and 2016 China Green Building Industrial Chain Themed Summit was convened in Beijing. With the theme of green wake-up, the event was sponsored by the China Real Estate Business and the CIHAF organizing committee. At the conference, many distinguished guests discussed how to break through communication barriers and awaken the green productivity of China’s real estate industry. At the summit, one low profile company with high attainment won three awards. The name of the company is the Elion Goldway. It has found its own rhythm at the stage of green building for quite a long time. At present, Elion Goldway has formed a strategic layout with Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei as the axis. On the basis of the study of the US WELL Building Standard certification system, it put forward the "Ecology 3.0” ecological health concept in September, 2015. The concept has been applied to several projects, achieving positive market reactions.   In the future, with the positioning as an eco-city service provider, it will make the transition from ecological restoration and building-based ecology to concept-based ecology. With the leadership gained by Ecology 3.0, it will further develop more possibilities between ecology and city, building and humanity, constantly utilizing the Ecology 3.0 and updated versions to serve the public and the society.
